Our packages provide essential resources such as U.S. Clinical Experience (USCE), personalized Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and interview preparation. We are committed to guiding you through the residency process, offering both financial support and expert advice every step of the way.
Tailored Packages for Aspiring U.S. Residents
Valedictorian Residency Support Packages
$3,500 Interest-Free Loan Package
(Non-Spanish peaking IMGs with CK 255 or above; fluent Spanish speaking IMGs with CK 235 or above)
This package is designed for IMGs who are committed to investing in their future, offering financial assistance and invaluable resources.
- You receive a $3,500 interest-free loan to cover any residency-related expenses such as program applications, travel, and lodging.
- Free USCE with transport and lunch (total value: $1,500), ensuring that you gain the clinical experience needed to stand out during the application process.
- You’ll receive two personalized LORs, a personal statement tutor (worth $100), and interview preparation to ensure you are fully prepared.
Obligation: After completing your residency or fellowship, you will enter into a contract with Valedictorian for job placement. A one-time $5,000 placement fee will be due once you secure your first permanent job, or $10,000 for fellowship positions.
No repayment is required if you do not match.

(Non-Spanish peaking IMGs with CK 250 or above; fluent Spanish speaking IMGs with CK 225 or above)
This package is ideal for IMGs who are ready to make a strong impression and receive support in securing residency placements, with no upfront cost.
- Free USCE is included, covering both hotel accommodation and transport (total value: $1,500), along with free lunch during your rotation.
- Two personalized LORs, personal statement tutoring, and interview preparation are also provided to ensure your application stands out.
Obligation: Similar to the previous package, you will sign a contract for job placement after residency or fellowship, with no placement fee required until you secure a permanent job.
No repayment is required if you do not match.
$2,000 Paid Support Package
(No CK score requirements)
For IMGs who may not meet the requirements for the other packages, this option still provides essential support for your journey into residency.
- You will receive USCE, though you will be responsible for travel and lodging costs. However, transport and lunch during your rotation are provided (value: $200).
- This package includes two personalized LORs, personal statement tutoring, and interview preparation to ensure you are well-prepared for your residency application.

What is the cost of becoming a US physician?
Our only charge to you for our services is a $1,500 institutional fee if you qualify for financial support and a contract is granted (the fee is applied only if you match in Residency)
Will my salary be on par with American doctors?
Yes, your salary will be competitive with American born doctors.
How do I qualify for funding from Valedictorian MD to become physician in the US?
Participants who complete the following will be offered a contract for funding and post-residency employment:
- Apply to Valedictorian MD
- Register with ECFMG and provide proof of notarized (via notarycam) Form 186 Certification of Identification.
- Score high on the USMLE
- Sign a contract with Valedictorian MD
Does Valedictorian MD charge its participants for products and services?
Our only charge to you for our services is a USD$1,500 institutional fee if you qualify for financial support and a contract is granted (the fee is applied only if you match in Residency).
What will it cost me to qualify for Valedictorian MD services?
To qualify for Valedictorian MD free services, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining your NOTARIZED ECFMG 186 FORM CERTIFICATION OF IDENTIFICATION ($160 2023)
Can I do a fellowship after residency training if I sign with Valedictorian MD?
YES. You may complete a fellowship after residency training while under contract with Valedictorian MD.
